Chef Mozzarella

Last month, Raleigh chef Danny Cerqueda was chosen to compete to represent the United States in the culinary Olympics, the Bocuse d’Or, an international cooking competition. Unfortunately, he was unable to make it to the show, so instead we have one the other semifinalists to joining us today: Chef Mozzarella! Molly Buckley, Amanda Scherle.
