NC Comedy Farts Festival
The month of February has drawn to a close, and with it, the end of the tenth annual North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, which brought four solid weeks of comedy to Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Another festival, however, is ready to explode onto the local scene. Today, the honorable Jacqueline Helvée, event organizer, tells us all about the upcoming North Carolina Comedy Farts Festival.
